- Before any tooth whitening, we'll check your teeth are healthy - if there are any problems like holes in your teeth, they must be fixed before any bleach gets into the holes!
- We use a 3D scanner to make a 3D model of your teeth - you can see it appear instantly on our screens!
- We then 3D print a model of your teeth to start your tooth whitening journey!
- We construct custom fitted tooth whitening bleaching trays that fit comfortably over your teeth.
- We recommend whitening your teeth for 30-60 in the evenings, for around 2 weeks.
- Apply a tiny amount of bleach to the whitening trays, and gently place them over your teeth!
- We recommend avoiding smoking, red wine and other potentially staining foods and drinks while whitening your teeth.
- After 6 months, it's a good idea to repeat the bleaching process for one week to maintain the colour of your smile.
