The Child Dental Benefits Schedule is a program to promote dental health among children. At Elation Dental, we bulk bill eligible patients for your dental care - call 9725 2029 to see if your kids are eligible!

1. Eligibility:
   • Children between the ages of 2 to 17 years are eligible for the CDBS.
   • They must be eligible for Medicare.
   • Additionally, they need to meet certain payment criteria (either the child or their parent/carer/guardian should receive a relevant payment from the government).
2. Coverage:
   • The CDBS covers basic dental services for eligible children.
   • These services include preventive treatments, diagnostic services, and restorative procedures.
   • The benefits provided under the CDBS amount to up to $1,095 over a period of two consecutive calendar years.
3. Services Covered:
   • Basic dental services covered by the CDBS include:
     • Check-ups and examinations
     • X-rays
     • Cleaning
     • Fissure sealing
     • Fillings
     • Extractions
4. How to Use the CDBS:
   • Call Elation Dental at 111 Bayswater Road, Croydon South on 9725 2029.
   • Let us know your Medicare card number, child's name & DOB, and their reference number on the Medicare card.
   • If eligible, we'll book you an appointment! Elation Dental will bulk bill the services covered by the CDBS.
